The Forge – Men’s Ministry

Men’s ministry is a specialised area of ministry that focuses on the spiritual growth and development of men.

It aims to provide a supportive and nurturing environment where men can come together to learn, grow, and encourage one another in their faith journey.

The purpose of men’s ministry is to help men deepen their relationship with God, strengthen their families, and become better leaders in their communities. It recognizes the unique challenges and struggles that men face in today’s society and seeks to address them through biblical teachings, fellowship, and accountability.

Men’s ministry often includes various activities and programs such as a meeting in church, a visit to the local pub, a breakfast meeting or doing some work in the community, the opportunities are endless. These activities are designed to help men connect with God, build meaningful relationships with other men, and develop the skills and character traits necessary to live out their faith in their everyday lives.

Through men’s ministry, men are encouraged to embrace their God-given roles and responsibilities as husbands, fathers, and leaders. They are challenged to live with integrity, humility, and courage, and to be examples of Christ-like love and service in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Overall, men’s ministry seeks to empower men to live out their faith authentically and to make a positive impact in the world around them. It provides a space for men to grow spiritually, find support and encouragement, and develop the tools they need to navigate the challenges of life with faith and resilience.

We meet at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start either at Holy Trinity Idle or an alternative venue which will be publicised in due course.
